1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Ballsity (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the Platform or use any of its services.

2. Description of Service

Ballsity provides an online platform for organizing, managing, and tracking grassroots football (soccer) tournaments and leagues. We offer tools for tournament directors, team managers, and players to record match data, view live scores, and manage team rosters.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Immediately notify us if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Platform.

4. User-Generated Content

The Platform allows users to upload, post, and share content, including team logos, player avatars, tournament covers, and match statistics ("User Content").

You retain all rights to your User Content. However, by uploading User Content, you grant Ballsity a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Platform.

You agree not to post User Content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, or that violates any intellectual property rights of any third party.

5. Tournament Rules and Conduct

Tournament Directors using Ballsity are solely responsible for setting and enforcing the real-world rules of their tournaments. Ballsity is a software tool and does not mediate disputes between teams, players, or directors regarding real-world events, match outcomes, or disciplinary actions.

Users agree to use the Platform in a sportsmanlike manner and refrain from using the platform to harass, bully, or intimidate other users.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ballsity and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Ballsity.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ballsity, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
